We were established in 1990 and McGowan Miller Construction Consultants which is the trading name of our company, McGowan Miller Ltd, have built up a reputation for providing quality service.

We are a dynamic and proactive company which is both well-equipped and experienced to compete in today’s ever evolving construction industry. Our client base includes Local Authorities, Government Agencies and NHS Boards and numerous private sector commercial and domestic clients. Although based in South West Scotland, we are happy to provide our services on a national level throughout the UK, our location being ideally suited for this.

The company has a wealth of experience and is able to deal with a variety of contracts, large or small, and meet deadlines efficiently with the Directors, Consultants, Senior Surveyors, Surveyors, Trainee Surveyors and Support Staff.

Quality Assurance: We have full Quality assurance accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accredited by National Quality Assurance (NQA). We monitor our performance using developed procedures within our quality system. Regular external and internal audits of our quality system are carried out with the target being zero non compliances, which we regularly meet.
