The social housing project consisted of demolition of existing derelict residential buildings on St Mary’s Street and Central Garage (a derelict council vehicle depot) before the construction of twenty-four flats with staff base accommodation, along with all associated services, drainage, access roads, car parking, footpaths, landscaping and boundaries.
